Who we are

This messaging program belongs to Sheryl Cury, a Realtor and Broker Associate with La Rosa Realty (St. Cloud office). You can reach us at:

Program: Sheryl Cury Real Estate Updates. You will receive text messages only if you check the optional SMS consent box on our contact form. We do not add numbers without permission.
Message types: market updates, property information, appointments, and follow-up on your inquiry.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Costs: message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not required: giving consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or of using Sheryl Cury's services.
How to opt out: reply STOP (or BAJA) at any time to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation message and we will not text you again. Reply HELP (or AYUDA) for help.
SMS privacy: we will not sell or share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.
