I'm Sheryl Cury, a bilingual Realtor and Broker Associate in Orlando and Central Florida. For more than 8 years, I've walked my clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives: buying their home, more than 140 buyers to the keys of their new home. Today I'm Branch Manager of La Rosa Realty's St. Cloud office.
I specialize in new construction. It's a different process than buying a resale home: there are builder contracts, incentives you can negotiate, lot premiums, construction timelines, builder inspections. It's a lot of rules the builder doesn't always explain. I do. I explain them clearly and completely, in your language, so you sign knowing exactly what you're signing.
And here's something I want you to know: I work for you, not the builder. The agent at the model home represents the builder. I represent you.
This work is personal for me. I walked the road from renting to owning myself, so I know how it feels. That's why I work with no rush and no pressure, at your pace, answering every question as many times as it takes. I treat my clients like family, because that's how I see them.
Over the years that work has earned industry recognition. I've been top producer at La Rosa Realty continuously since 2021, and I've twice received the Blue Diamond Award (2021 and 2025). I was also named to the Orlando Regional Realtor Association's 20 Under 40 in 2022. But what matters most to me is the client getting the keys to their home.
